Arcade gamers will be most interested in Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe. The first two Build-a-lot games were great, absolutely great. If you have been living under a rock, here's a brief description: You build up houses in a neighborhood, flip them for profit, then do it again on a larger scale. Build-a-lot 3 takes the flipping show on the road to Europe, and the focus is on renovations. As usual, everything is very well-done and entertaining.
